Vida Hotel, Keeping you Feeling Good

Why not round off your weekends with a little Saturday morning wellness.  Relax and recharge, preparing yourself for the new week. Vida Downtown, in partnership with Fit Squad DXB have launched a weekly wellness event: Vida Wellness Mornings.

Taking a holistic approach to wellbeing, the activities focus on emotional and mental health, as well as physical wellness. Addressing healthy living, Vida Wellness Mornings combines a varied and stimulating 40-minute fitness session – with a choice of Yoga or Animal Strength – followed by a 20-minute guided meditation workshop which then can be followed by a deliciously healthy brunch at the divine 3in1 restaurant.

The bespoke Saturdaze brunch at the 3in1 restaurant offers delicious classics like eggs Benedict, omelettes, avocado toast, salads and sandwiches, if you’re a lover of simpler breakfasts you can choose from an array of cereals, fresh fruits and baked goods, including both savoury and sweet delights. There is also an extensive juice bar on offer to get those body fuelling nutrients in after your morning workout.

The best bit is that you can choose to spend the whole day if you’ve got a Saturday free and take time to soak up the last few drops of the weekend in a stylish white cabana, in the shadow of the Burj Khalifa

Every Saturday from 9.30 to 10:30am followed by brunch from 11:00am – 3:00pm.

AED 80 for fitness and meditation. AED 189 inclusive of fitness activities, meditation session and Saturdaze brunch. Add AED 100 per guest for a poolside cabana and pool access.

  1. Wow I need that relaxation for sure. I don’t do much yoga because of a knee issue but my Mum has been doing it since she was a teenager and it’s amazing for keeping you flexible as you age but also staying centered and calm.

  2. I started yoga once but my yogi was new and she herself did not have all the positions down pat. I gave it up but would love to take another class in the future.

  3. This place really looks perfect for Yoga as it is so relaxing, peaceful and with great views. Under the shadows of Burj Khalifa, it is great to do such a great start of day.

  4. I’m no good at it as I have a curved spine, but I love yoga! I can do the more basic poses the most, but enjoy trying some of the more difficult ones. The Vida Wellness Mornings sound fab, and something I would definitely try if I were in the area 🙂
