So what’s new and what can you expect?
I’ve decided to take my blog in a new direction and focus more on life in Dubai as well as holistic health and wellness, I will still share a few reviews here and there but it will only be places that offer healthy, wholesome products, free from chemicals or negativity and products that aid healing.
Now you will find personal stories, videos, interviews, recipes and even a few exciting free downloads for you to help with your own health journey.

As you can see I’ve got a new look, a new logo and a bit of a new style going on across my site and channels; and there is method in my madness. My logo takes inspiration from the powerful throat chakra or Vishudda, the centre of our expressive self and what I feel is my most powerful chakra. I write openly and honestly on this blog and I share a lot with the world through the words on these pages and I do it all to not only heal myself but to help others to heal themselves.
In other exciting news, during my break I made a life decision that not only affects me but will hopefully be able to help some of you too.
I have decided to start my nutrition course.
So very soon I will have a qualification to prove that I officially know what I’m talking about when it comes to healing foods and once I have it I’ll be offering my services as a food coach to anyone who wants to get healthy. My main focus will be food as medicine and helping those with chronic illnesses make better food choices to heal their condition.
