Fighting Food Addiction: Finding my way in 2016…

I don’t want to have a bad relationship food, I love food – and not in an addiction way, in a it’s a beautiful thing kind of way. I think that food is amazing, flavour is awe inspiring and the whole concept brings people together.

So this year is the year I take back my life.

This is the year where I fix my broken relationship with food and get control of my health and weight.

I am ready for you 2016.

My goals for 2016

  • Cut out gluten from my diet and maintain at least a healthy 80-20 consistency.
  • Cut out refined sugars from my diet all together.
  • Drink a lemon, warm water and apple cider vinegar, every morning.
  • Eat healthy and mindfully at every meal.
