Tis the season for being outside, it has finally arrived; winter. The skies are blue, the temperature is beyond enjoyable and the desire to be part of the great outdoors is almost immeasurable.

With all of that obvious comes picnic food, things that are easy to carry and eat on the go, but I’m not talking about sandwiches, I’m talking about exciting things that you can eat on the go that are filling and packed with energy giving food.
