Recipe: Banana & Peanut Butter Bread

Yes, bananas and peanut butter. Just peanut butter in general makes everything okay. Of course you can fold in just about anything you want to this mix instead of peanut butter, from nuts to other fruit – go a little bit crazy and share your finished creations in the comments!

Ingredients:

8 Tablespoons Butter

1 Cup Sugar

2 Beaten eggs

3 Mashed bananas

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Baking soda

1 & 1/4 Cups All purpose flour

1/2 Cup Peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream together the butter and sugar

Stir in the eggs and bananas

Mix in the salt, baking soda and flour until combined

Fold in half the peanut butter chips

Pour mixture into a greased loaf tin

Pour over remaining peanut butter chips

Tap tin on counter to remove any air bubbles

Bake for 40 -45 minutes
